E-WALLS MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy describes how Walltopia AD, a Bulgarian company, UIC 204143670 (“Walltopia”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes personal data through our mobile application (“E-Walls” or “App”). This Privacy Policy applies in addition to, and does not limit our rights and obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any other applicable privacy law.

- your first and last name, profile picture, gender and date of birth; If you use your Facebook or accounts from other third-party services to create or login to your E-Walls account, we receive information from those accounts such as your name, e-mail address, profile picture, gender and date of birth.

- username and password;

- contact information, such as your e-mail address;

- email and other online communication;

- personal data that you upload or post to E-walls

- personal data that others have shared about you through the App (e.g., posts or comments);

- any other personal data that you voluntarily choose to provide to us (e.g., the indoor climbing routes you have completed);
